Important Information for Toward a Shared Vision Speakers and Panelists

Thank you for participating as a presenter/panelist at GIA’s Toward a Shared Vision Summit to be held at the Riverside Convention Center October 25-26, 2023. We look forward to a very successful event.

Please ensure you have completed all the critical items on the list below:

  1. Ensure you have registered for the conference ASAP: https://na.eventscloud.com/ereg/index.php?eventid=751361&. Use the code SPEAKER for complimentary conference registration.
  2. Complete the Presentation Agreement ASAP: https://forms.office.com/r/YZSwCaskd6
  3. Verify that the photo/title on our speaker’s webpage is accurate. https://gia.echofactory.dev/tasv-speakers-presenters/. Please send any additions/updates to jake@gia.echofactory.dev.
  4. Email Slideshow Presentations (if applicable) by 10/19/23 to: jake@gia.echofactory.dev.

 

Questions and Answers

When does the conference start/conclude?

The conference begins on Wednesday, October 25, at 8:00 a.m. with breakfast (the first speaker begins at 8:45 a.m.). The conference concludes mid-afternoon on Thursday, October 26.

Do I need to register for the conference?

Yes, all speakers participating in the conference must register. Please register online here. Per your speaking arrangement, speakers will receive complimentary registration for the entirety of the summit. Please use code SPEAKER when registering for the conference.

 

What equipment will my presentation room have?

For presentations in the breakout rooms, please bring your laptop. There will be AV equipment for this session. Each meeting room will be equipped with the following items:

  • LCD Projector
  • Podium
  • Screen
  • Podium microphone and speakers
  • Audio cord in case you will be showing video

Presentation Information

  • If you are using a slide deck presentation, please email it by October 19, 2023, to jake@gia.echofactory.dev. Presentations will be made available to conference attendees electronically after the conference.
  • We request that all presenters arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their scheduled presentation.
