GIA Stakeholder Survey
In its fifth year of existence, GIA is in the planning phase of a strategic plan update with the oversight and guidance of its Board of Directors. Additionally, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Intermediary for Scale grant, which was awarded to the organization in 2019, provides funding to develop a comprehensive business plan. The strategic and business planning processes are now more important than ever. GIA must secure its bold vision for the future to appropriately support the region.
